Venture Construction and Development was founded by Francis Benaderet with the goal of providing homeowners with innovative design, meticulous craftsmanship and high quality personalized service. At Venture Construction and Development, we come from a long line of history of builders. We are fourth generation builders that believe in old fashioned hard work to produce the highest quality results. We are proud to have multi-generation team members. One of our project managers has been with us for 8 years while his father, our superintendent, has been a team member for over 18 years.

Crossed Trained In All Construction Fields

Our team includes personnel in the areas of foundation, framing, electrical, sheetrock, tile, painting and finish carpentry. Having a team that is well versed in all areas of construction allows us to keep costs down, and at the same time, control the building schedule. At Venture Construction, we pay close attention to every detail to ensure nothing is overlooked and that everything meets our uncompromising high standards. We are committed to daily progress reports, ongoing communication and timely project completion.
